The Overview is your main dashboard for AI visibility. It shows how your brand is performing across AI models, how you stack up against competitors, which sources are being cited, and what AI engines are actually saying about you - all in one place.
Every morning, ContentMonk runs all your tracked prompts through ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity, and pulls the results back here. The more prompts you track and the more days pass, the more useful this page becomes.
What you see on this page
The Overview is split into several sections, each covering a different angle of your AI visibility. Here's what each one shows.
Brand Visibility chart
The line graph on the top left shows visibility trends over time for all tracked brands. Each line represents a brand - yours and your competitors. Visibility is the percentage of tracked prompts where a brand gets mentioned. Use this to spot trends - is your visibility going up, down, or flat?
Top Brands table
Next to the chart, you'll see a ranked table of all tracked brands with their visibility percentage, sentiment (Positive, Neutral, or Negative), and average position in AI answers. Position tells you where in the answer your brand typically appears - position 1 means you're mentioned first, which carries more weight than being mentioned 10th.
Visibility in AI Models chart
On the top right, this chart shows your visibility broken down by AI model - ChatGPT, Claude, Google, and Perplexity. Useful for seeing if you're strong in some models but invisible in others.
Top Sources
Below the charts, you'll find the domains and URLs that AI models cite most often when answering your tracked prompts. You can toggle between Domain view and URL view. Each source shows citation count, how many prompts it appears in, citation rate, influence score, and content type.

Tracked Prompts
A quick table showing all your tracked prompts with their stage, which AI models are returning results, visibility percentage, average position, and competitor mentions.
Click "Details" on any prompt to dig into the data for that specific prompt.
Recent AI Answers
At the bottom, you'll see the latest AI answers mentioning your brand.
Click any answer to open it and see the full response, which models returned it, the citations on the right side, sentiment, your position, and which competitors were also mentioned.
Filtering the data
The filter bar at the top lets you slice everything on the page by brand, date range, AI model, funnel stage, and topic.
Brand - switch between your brand and any tracked competitor to see the dashboard from their perspective
βDate - set a custom time range to compare periods
βAI Model - isolate data to a single model, like only ChatGPT or only Perplexity
Stages - filter by funnel stage: TOFU (Awareness), MOFU (Consideration), or BOFU (Decision)
Topics - filter by the topic groups you've set up for your prompts
These filters work across the entire page. So if you select a competitor in the Brand filter, all charts and tables update to show their data instead of yours.
Getting the most out of this page
The Overview is only as good as the data going into it. Two things will make a big difference:
Add your competitors. Without competitors tracked, the Top Brands table only shows your brand. Go to Competitors to add them, and they'll show up here automatically.
Track more prompts. The more prompts you track, the more complete your visibility picture is. Head to Prompts to add prompts organized by topic and funnel stage.
Once both are set up, this page gives you a clear view of where you stand in AI search - and what you need to fix.
